Program Requirements Masters Esthetics

We understand that for many who are just starting out with getting their esthetics license, the process can feel overwhelming. But don’t worry, we’ve got you covered!

Oregon heavily regulates the esthetics industry and the licensure requirements, which have benefits and challenges for everyone seeking to become a licensed esthetician in this state.

We have done our best to compile information and resources to help you navigate this process, no matter your current step.

Program Requirements Masters Esthetics

These pages include information about how esthetics is split into two different levels of practice in Oregon (general and advanced), how an Oregon license can transfer (or vice versa) to Washington, the competency-based learning model our school uses to teach general esthetics, along some Oregon Esthetics Licensure Exam requirements information.

We have even tried to give a broad overview of what estheticians are and what they can do in Oregon. Take a look!

We also need to note that while we do our best to keep this information current, it can change at any time without notice, and we strongly encourage you to verify everything you read here on the appropriate state websites. We have provided those links when possible.

If you are still feeling overwhelmed after reading these pages, we don’t blame you. We encourage you to download our Prospective Student Guide, which has even more information about becoming an esthetician, and to also consider scheduling a campus tour of our school.

On that tour, you will have a chance to meet with an admissions representative and ask as many questions as you would like, not just about our school but about the entire process of becoming an esthetician in Oregon.

It’s important to us to make all of this information available to everyone, even if you decide our school is not the best fit for your esthetics educational needs.

We love this industry and believe becoming an esthetician is a fantastic opportunity to make a living wage, have a successful long-term career, and provide a good life for yourself and your family.

We love helping people navigate this process, and if that includes you attending our school, that is great, and if not, we still wish you nothing but success in your career in the esthetics industry!
