Google API

Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to gather information when you interact with our Services to help maintain security, save your preferences, and assist with basic site functions.

We also permit third parties and service providers (such as Google Analytics) to use tracking technologies on our Services for analytics and advertising, including tailoring advertisements to your interests or sending abandoned shopping cart reminders.

Google Analytics

5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

No purpose in this notice will require us to keep your personal information for longer than the period of time in which users have an account with us. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or securely isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Important Mobile Privacy Rule: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties.

Account Information

If you would at any time like to review, change, or terminate the information in your account, you can email us at clientservices@aiofportland.com. Upon your request, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases, subject to certain legal retentions to prevent fraud or comply with legal requirements.

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

In the preceding twelve (12) months, we may have collected identifiers (like names and email addresses), protected classifications (like age or gender), commercial information (purchase history), and sensitive data (if specified in Section 1).

We have not disclosed, sold, or shared any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months, and we will not sell or share personal information in the future.
